Integrative Health Coaching


Integrative Health Coaching is a whole person approach to coaching. It emphasizes partnership, collaboration and accountability between coach and client. This coaching approach incorporates every aspect of your life that impacts your health and well-being. This includes mindful awareness, personal and professional development, relationships, spirituality, mind-body connection, physical environment, movement, exercise and rest, and nutrition.


The Duke Integrative Medicine Health Coaching Process Model

As a Duke Integrative Medicine trained Integrative Health Coach, I guide clients through a client-centered, structured process that is proven to create sustainable, long-lasting change. 

Here are the 6 Steps of the Integrative HEalth Coaching Process Model

1- We establish your vision for optimal health and wellness rooted in your defined values and personal strengths.
2- We explore assessments to identify any gaps between where you currently are and where you want to be.
3- We choose a place to start, a focus area to begin setting goals around.
4-We set a 3 to 6 month goal with clearly defined weekly action steps. 
5- We prepare you for action and establish accountability.
6- It's time for action. We continue with scheduled check-in sessions to acknowledge success, assess progress, maximize learning, identify set backs and fuel forward momentum for sustained change.
