We work together to outline 3 goals and I devise a plan centered around those goals. We meet each week for a 50-minute coaching call to discuss any roadblocks. My job as your coach is to provide accountability, support and guidance for the plan you are following.

Each week there are three (3) action steps to support your weekly program goals.
Weekly theme, intention, mantra, books, resources, exercises and clear action steps.
The Renew Program is for the heavily-scheduled female business owner or executive who is ready to make a specific shift in her health. She wants a customized program but is not ready to commit to a 6-month program. She wants to fast-track her results with a 4-week program to get her started on living her best, healthiest life. She is excited for an individualized plan to help get her life back on track so she can reconnect to herself, and show up more balanced, present and productive. She is ready to manifest change NOW!
You will get the new module on a weekly basis. You will have a week to work through its content, exercises and practices. This is a customized program, so it will depend in part on what changes you want to experience right now.
Our coaching calls will give you an opportunity to review the previous week’s module; reviewing what came up for you, where you might have been stuck, and celebrate your progress. We also review the upcoming week’s module and I answer any questions you may have as you gear up for the upcoming week.
The coaching calls are conducted over Zoom. You will receive a reminder email with a Zoom invite 48 hours before our scheduled session. Calls must be rescheduled 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting that coaching session for the week.
There are no payment plans for the Renew Program.
Coaching calls must be booked within the current month (4-week period of the program). They will not roll forward. The coaching calls are a big part of The Renew Program and they insure you get the biggest results.
