Hey there! I'm Ashley Logan, and I'm absolutely thrilled to connect with you!

As a dual Certified Integrative Health and Well-Being Coach, mentor, writer, and workshop facilitator, I'm all about helping you craft actionable strategies to support your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. It's my passion to guide you towards optimal health and a vibrant life!

After spending time as a stay-at-home mom with my three amazing children, I decided to follow my heart and leap into entrepreneurship in 2019. That's when Ashley Logan Wellness, LLC was born. Through my products, programs, and coaching services, I aim to empower you to take charge of your well-being and thrive.

With a background in corporate marketing and an MBA in International Business, I bring a unique perspective to the table. But what truly lights me up is seeing my clients achieve their health goals and transform their lives.

I'm a certified RYT-200-hour yoga instructor and hold double certification in Integrative Health and Well-Being Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Duke Integrative Health. I believe in embracing your uniqueness and tailoring my coaching approach to suit your needs, ensuring sustainable behavioral change that lasts.

In addition to health coaching, I offer business mentorship to fellow coaches looking to grow and scale their practices or corporate wellness programs.

When I'm not coaching, hosting workshops, or writing, you can find me curled up with a good book, whipping up delicious meals for my loved ones, hitting the trails on my mountain bike, or enjoying a game of tennis. Oh, and travel? It's my absolute favorite way to explore new cultures and soak up inspiration!

My role as your coach is to provide a mirror for change. To be your advocate, guide, point person and accountability partner for all things related to your health and wellness. I offer observations, resources, guidance, reflections, and practices to help you achieve the change you crave in your life. I offer a safe space for you to unpack what hasn’t been working in your life. I guide you to discover transformative insights to create a new way of being so you look, feel and show up as your best each day. You're worth it!

Working with Ashley was exactly what I needed. I had tried many other diets and programs to lose weight and nothing worked! She helped me map out my weight loss goal and made me feel comfortable when I felt like I wasn't making progress quick enough.
